The impact that Brexit will have on the cost of customs duties is as follows: if you are located outside of the United Kingdom and make a purchase from us, the government of the country in which you reside may charge you customs duties.
The consumer is solely responsible for paying any and all fees associated with the importation of products. We do not have any influence or power over the customs fees that are placed on imported items by the many governments that exist throughout the world.
It is important to be aware of the potential costs that may be incurred as a result of purchasing items from an overseas vendor because tariffs and taxes are regulated in a manner that is distinct to each nation. Please be advised that the clearing of your package through customs may effect the period in which your package will be delivered; in some instances, it may take the box up to 30 days to be cleared through customs. It is the duty of the consumer to make direct contact with the shipping business or the customs agency in order to receive assistance with the customs clearance process.
Please be aware that any order that is declined or refused delivery by the receiver due to a customs charge reason will only get refunded on the successful return of the item to us. Additionally, we will refund the full order amount minus any customs charges or return postage fees and the initial postage payment (if any) applied to the shipment that we have to pay as a result of you refusing the order.

Information Regarding Delivery
Every one of our products is dispatched from the United Kingdom using a tracked and signed-for delivery service provided by either DHL, Deutsche Post, or the Royal Mail.
Orders placed anywhere in the world are fulfilled through the DHL Express International Tracked and Signed For service. Because a signature is required for the delivery of all services, there needs to be someone present at the delivery address to accept the package.
When checking out, the purchaser is the one who is responsible for ensuring that the address is complete and accurate. We are unable to make any changes to the delivery address once an order has been placed because our shipment timetable is quite stringent. Please check the address you give twice before submitting it, as we CANNOT be held liable for packages that are sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer and for which they are accountable. If the delivery was failed or the order was refused and is being sent back to the sender, once we have received the package, we will get in touch with you via email to arrange redelivery or a refund, depending on which scenario applies. Before the package has been sent back to the Maneology warehouse, the customer will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
DHL do not deliver to P.O Box locations. You will be alerted before the shipment is sent out if you have supplied an address that is a Post Office box or a military base.
After receiving payment, the majority of items (depending on supply) are sent out for shipment within one to three business days. The 'pre order' items do not count against this estimated time of shipment. Each individual item listing will provide an anticipated dispatch time that varies according to the pre-ordered product and may be found there. The dates shown for all pre-order releases are estimates that serve merely as a guide, and they are consequently subject to change.
Please be aware that if you place an order with a high total value (more than £350), an additional shipping fee may be necessary in order to apply shipping insurance to your item. If this is anything that might apply to you, then you will be contacted through email before your order is actually fulfilled.
We are unable to provide any sort of assurance regarding whether or not you will be subject to any sort of customs tax. Once the package has arrived in the country that it is intended for, any customs or import duties that apply will be assessed. These costs are the responsibility of the person who is receiving the package.
Order Amendments
If you decide after placing your purchase that you want to make changes to it before it is shipped, please pay attention to the following timeframe:
Customers who place their orders using an express service (such as Royal Mail UK Next Day or DHL Express) have thirty minutes after their order is placed to change or cancel it. When using a regular service, you have one hour to change or cancel an order before it is processed.
If you do not get in touch with us within this window of time, we cannot guarantee that your purchase has not already been shipped because we have multiple collections for orders at various times throughout the day. We will do our best to help you, and if it is within our power, we will assist you. However, once you have placed your order, please be aware that once it has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to it or adjust it in any way.
Shipping Costs
Delivery in the United Kingdom:
Delivery to the UK within two to three days by Royal Mail for less than thirty pounds: £2.99
Delivery to the UK within 2–3 days by Royal Mail for free on orders over £30
UK - Next Day Delivery (Monday - Saturday) | Royal Mail (Order by 3pm): £5 (If you place your order by that time).
FREE Delivery on Saturday throughout the UK for orders over £50.
"next working day" delivery in the UK costs £5 (orders for Next Day delivery that are placed before 3pm should be shipped on the same day, but this service is only available in the UK; weekends are not included). If you place your order on a Friday before 3:00 PM, it will not be delivered until the following Monday (unless it is a bank holiday, in which case it will be delivered on Tuesday). The following business day, your order will be delivered to your location. Despite this, it is still possible that Royal Mail will deliver your Maneology to you on Saturday.
Royal Mail has conducted an investigation of their guaranteed delivery services because of staffing shortages. Guaranteed delivery will move from the morning of the following business day at 9 a.m. to the afternoon of the next business day at 12 p.m. beginning on Tuesday, March 31. The cutoff time for our assured delivery by noon the following business day has been moved to nine o'clock the following business day. As a result of the staff shortages, it is conceivable that additional delays could occur, and as a result, it is possible that your cargo will arrive on the working day after the next one.
During periods of industrial action and strikes, the following delivery timescales apply to orders placed in the UK and fulfilled by Royal Mail:
There are very few instances in which Royal Mail will inform us of strikes or other forms of industrial action that are taking place, which would result in delays or disruptions to the delivery of orders placed in the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, there is a possibility that there will be a delay in the delivery of your shipment, and the delivery timelines that have been provided are not guaranteed during this period. Because of the ongoing strikes, we are unable to provide services for next-day delivery at this time. During this period, Next Day Delivery will not be available to customers, but it will be reinstated as soon as normal service is restored.
Delivery to Remote Areas in the United Kingdom

If your shipment weighs more than the maximum allowed for this service, which is 2 kilogrammes, a member of our customer service team will get in touch with you so that they may assist you in upgrading your shipping to International DHL Express delivery; however, this will involve additional money from you.

ODD makes it easy for you to do anything you need, whether it's rescheduling a delivery for another day or removing the requirement that it be signed for.

Take Your Neighbour With You
Request that your package be left with a neighbour by providing DHL with the house number of the neighbour in question as well as any further instructions. Please be aware that if you choose this option, neither Maneology Ltd. nor DHL may be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur after your order has been delivered if it occurs after the delivery has been completed.
Pickup at a DHL Service Point or in a DHL Parcel Locker
You have the option of picking this up from a DHL Service Point if you won't be home when your package is delivered.
DHL ODD will locate the DHL Service Points that are closest to you so that you can choose the one that is most convenient for you. After that, they will get in touch with you to inform you when it is ready to be collected and how much time you have left to retrieve your delivery. Please take into consideration that the package will be returned to the DHL facility if it is not collected within the allotted amount of time.

Claims of delivery made by Maneology
If you have not received your order and you question whether or not it was delivered, you have the option to file a claim if necessary. Claim forms can be submitted for 'denial of receipt' or if a package is reported missing.

Claims based on a "denial of receipt"
Please let us know if your shipping status reports as 'delivered' but you have not yet received your order even if it was marked as such. Please make sure to check with all of your potential neighbours before getting in touch with us because there are times when delivery may be made to your neighbour rather than the home directly next to or directly opposite from you. In the event that you are unable to locate your package, we will initiate an investigation on behalf of the recipient, and after we have received instructions to do so, we will file a claim. Whenever it is feasible, Maneology will provide you with further updates regarding the status of the claims and investigations.
If you want to dispute the delivery status of your order, you will need to obtain a Dispute Form from the post office in your area, fill it out, and then scan and return it to us so that we may make a claim on your behalf. If you do this, we will be able to take care of the dispute for you. Without that Dispute Form, we are unable to provide any further assistance, and any orders that have been scanned and marked as delivered will be regarded as finished.
Time taken to process claims
Investigations take around 14 working days (times may vary based on each particular claim and, as a result, may take longer). This timeframe applies to shipments made by DHL Express in the United Kingdom and internationally. After the conclusion of the inquiry period, the time it takes to process the claim increases to roughly 14 additional working days.
The investigation procedure typically takes about ten business days for DHL regular International (Deutsche Post) shipments (the amount of time required can vary greatly based on the specifics of each claim, and as a result, the process could take significantly longer). After the conclusion of the inquiry period, the time it takes to process claims often increases by an additional 8 weeks. There are times when we, the business, may need additional information from you, the client. If you are disputing the delivery status of your order, you will need to obtain a challenge form from your local government, fill it out, scan it, and submit it back to us. This will be needed of you if you choose to challenge the delivery status. Unfortunately, a claim cannot be filed in the absence of the form, and orders that have been scanned and recorded as delivered will be regarded to have been fulfilled in their entirety.
Please rest assured that Maneology is here to assist you, and that we will provide our customers with support throughout the claim process. Please be advised that as a result of the ongoing pandemic, postal services are working at a reduced service, and as a result, it is possible that the time it takes to process claims will be longer than usual.
If your shipment was delivered by Royal Mail, the time it takes to process claims is approximately thirty days for shipments to the United Kingdom and ninety days for shipments to other countries.
We regret to inform you that until the claim has been resolved and the package has been deemed lost, we will not be able to issue a refund or replace the items.
