INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Returns for Maneology orders that were placed on our website can be processed either on this page, which is designated for international returns, or on the UK Returns Portal, which can be accessed using this link: UK Returns Portal.

Please send us a sample of your own hair, and we will try to match it, or you can simply submit your photo onto our colour match form. We entirely understand that selecting the appropriate colour from a computer screen is not always an easy task, and we are here to help.

If you are unhappy with the goods you purchased, you have up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to send it back to us unopened for a full refund. Any product that has been hacked, chopped, dyed, or toned in any way voids any possibility of return; this includes things that are being returned for additional examination. If your return does not adhere to our guidelines and cannot be processed, it will be sent back to you, and the customer will be responsible for paying a nominal fee to cover the cost of return postage.

Note that even if you select the "free shipping" option, you will still be charged a fee to cover the company's first shipping expenses.

Before sending the item back, kindly double check that the safety seal has not been broken or removed, and that the sample of hair for testing has been returned in its unaltered original condition.

Because of the potential for contamination, we are only able to issue refunds for hair products that have not been used, opened, or otherwise interfered with. Any return must include the return of all packaging in its entirety.

Only the price of the item that you purchased will be refunded to you at the time of purchase; the cost of shipping will not be refunded. We are unable to issue a refund for any hair extensions that have been re-dyed or tinted.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or another card.

If you are requesting a refund and you claimed a free present, you are required to return the gift; otherwise, the value of the item will be subtracted from your refund.

Your refund for any items you return that were purchased with a gift card will be issued as a shop credit, which you may put against the cost of a future purchase.

 

Returns from Overseas Countries

You are required to write the Commodity code 67042000 on the customs form that is attached to the package that you are sending back to us for any and all international returns. If you do not comply with this requirement, your refund may be subject to delays as well as deductions to cover any additional costs that were incurred as a result of your failure to comply. Please send us an email if you have any questions or concerns, and we will be pleased to assist you in ensuring that your returns are complete and accurate before you send them back to us so that there are no problems.

It is imperative that you do not send any returns back without first completing out and attaching your returns form, which can be found at the bottom of this page. The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping fees associated with the return of the item.

'RETURN - NO DUTIES' should be written on the package, and the 67042000 commodities code should be used.

FedEx is NOT a service that we accept returns for.

IMPORTANT - If you are returning an item from a location other than the United Kingdom, please make sure that the customs form is appropriately filled out (if you are returning from a location outside of the EU) to indicate that the contents of the shipment are a customer return and have no sale value. It is important to note that Maneology Ltd. is not accountable for any such charge. Should the package that was returned be subject to a customs fee when it was brought into the UK, then the package will be sent straight back to you by the postal service rather than being delivered to us. Returns for items placed with Maneology through either Amazon or eBay

#AMAZON# #Ebay# If you placed your order through the Amazon or eBay website, you are not permitted to use the returns form that can be found on this page or attempt to return your item through the website. Instead, you are required to complete all returns through the Amazon or eBay platform. If you choose to cancel your order through the internet, please be aware that this will cause the timeline to lengthen.

 

Return policy for products found to be defective

Please get in touch with us if you discover a problem with your purchase within the first three months after you've received it so that we can be of assistance to you. Any problem that is brought to our attention more than three months after the day it was received falls outside of our return for investigation period, and as a result, we are unable to accept it. In such a scenario, our experts will offer more guidance on how to address the problems that you are now encountering. Please be aware that in order for us to process any requests for a refund or exchange, we will need the defective item to be returned to us first. We do not issue refunds or exchanges unless the merchandise in question has been returned to us for inspection. Before we can get started on the investigation, we need to have the entire set returned to us. If we determine that the product you purchased has a manufacturing defect, we will pay for the return shipping charges as well as the cost of postage to resend an item in the event that you need to exchange it.

Because human hair is a natural product, not even two of our sets may be said to be an identical duplicate of one another. When contrasting different sets, you could notice that there is a very little variation in colour.
