RETURNS TO THE UK

This service is only for orders placed in the UK; if you have placed an order outside of the UK, please visit our website for international returns, which may be found here.

If, for any reason, you find that you need to return or exchange your Maneology Hair Extensions order, please make use of our streamlined and user-friendly return site to ship the item back to us within 30 days of receipt. The item must be unopened. Please make sure that your return or exchange form is included in the shipment, and that it has all of the necessary details filled out, so that our team can process this as swiftly as possible once it arrives!

 

START RETURN

Any product that has been hacked, chopped, dyed, or toned in any way voids any possibility of return; this includes things that are being returned for additional examination. Your return will be refused if it does not adhere to our guidelines and can't be processed if we are unable to accept it. In this case, you will be responsible for paying a nominal restocking fee before we can send the item back to you.

 

Should I expect to be charged for the return?

Returns from the UK done through our site cost £3, and this fee will be deducted from the total amount that you are refunded. We do not offer a return service that is free of charge.

In the event that we discover the product has a defect and you request a refund, we will provide you a complete refund, which will include the cost of the initial outbound shipping. Alternately, we will get in touch with you in accordance with your requirements to facilitate the shipment of a replacement or exchange via enhanced shipping. It is not possible to get a refund for the initial delivery costs.

 

What are the steps to returning an item?

Items may be returned within the first thirty days after receipt for a full refund. Before returning or exchanging an item, please check that the security seal has not been broken or removed, and that the tester piece of hair (this applies to clip in sets) has been returned in its unaltered original condition. This is required before returning or exchanging an item.

Because of the potential for contamination, we can only accept returned or exchanged hair items that have not been used, worn, or otherwise interfered with in any way. When making a return or exchanging an item, you are required to return all of the packing.

Your return will be refused if it does not fulfil our return conditions, and you will be responsible for paying the cost of return shipping before we will send the item back to you.

 

Can I still return my Tape Ins, Ponytail, or Volumizer purchase even if I already used them?

In contrast to our clip-in hair extensions, the tape-in, volumizer, and ponytail boxes that we sell will not come with a hygiene seal. We are aware that there is a possibility that you may need to open the box in order to examine the colour, length, quality, etc... These items may be returned for a full refund provided that they have not been worn, are still in their original packaging, and are in brand-new condition.

 

Can I make a return for a different item?

If the length or colour does not work for you, we are happy to swap your goods for a different one. Kindly fill out the return/exchange form in order to provide our team with information regarding the new item that you require. When you send an item back to us for an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the first replacement item that we send back to you. If you have used a return shipping label generated by our website to send an item back to us, a member of our staff will get in touch with you to request payment of £3 so that we may send out your replacement item. Any customer found to be abusing the system will be subject to a return fee, which Foxy Locks retains the right to charge.

 

Where can I locate a replacement for the return label or the return/exchange form that I have misplaced?

Downloading your label requires that you first log in to the Maneology Hair Extensions return site.

Along with your printed invoice, a return or exchange form will be enclosed in each box. This form is available for download on this page.

 

How much time does it take to handle customer returns?

Please allow our team about one to three full working days to complete your return after you have done so. You can expect to receive an email notification as soon as your refund has been completed. It may take up to seven business days for a refund to show up in your account after it has been processed.

 

What should I do if I believe that the item I purchased is faulty?

If, within the first three months of receiving your order, you discover a problem with the product, please get in touch with us at help@maneologyhairextensions.com so that we can be of assistance to you. Any problem that is brought to our attention more than three months after the day it was received falls outside of our return for investigation period, and as a result, we are unable to accept it. In such a scenario, our experts will offer more guidance on how to address the problems that you are now encountering. Please be aware that in order for us to process any requests for a refund or exchange, we will need the defective item to be returned to us first. We do not issue refunds or exchanges unless the merchandise in question has been returned to us for inspection. Before we can get started on the investigation, we need to have the entire set returned to us.

 

Since I have already accepted the free gift, is it necessary for me to send it back?

Yes. You are required to return the free present to us in its original condition, which means it must be unopened and unused. If the free gift is not returned along with the item being returned for a refund, the value of the free gift will be removed from the amount being refunded to you.

 

Gift vouchers

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or another card.

If you are requesting a refund and you have claimed a free gift, you are required to return the gift; otherwise, the value of the item will be subtracted from your refund amount.

Your refund for any items you return that were purchased with a gift card will be issued as a shop credit, which you may put against the cost of a future purchase.
